Plastic Coating of Parts and Machine Components

The plastic coating technology ensures a superficial protection of the surface of a part or a product to which it is applied; this protection provides excellent resistance to external effects, hence the use of this technology especially in the automotive industry, but also in power engineering, food processing industry, and other branches of industry. Plastic coating is performed using PVC (Plastisols) and may be done in layers of up to several mm in different colour shades.

Utilized Technologies

Fluidized Powder Coating

For the fluidized powder coating technology plastics in the form of powder on the basis of PVC or compounded thermoplastics are utilized.

PVC Dip Coating

PVC Plastisols are designated for the dip coating technology. It is used in the production of anticorrosive, chemical proof, protective and decorative plastic coatings on metal objects; caps, handles and engineered form parts may be produced using the mould dipping method. Dip coating creates an even coat on the surface of a form or a product. The dip coating technology is intended for the production of anticorrosive, chemical proof, protective and decorative plastic coatings of metal objects. Caps, handles and engineered form parts may be produced using the mould dipping method.
